The AL98 keeps a dedicated number pad in a close-set 1800 layout, with 101 keys housed in aluminium. Its clean top view gives way to a patterned metal back weight underneath. Gasket mounting, a flex-cut PC plate and hot-swap sockets make it a practical starting point for a personalised daily keyboard.

A number pad within reach
The 1800 arrangement brings 101 keys into one close-set layout. You keep the number pad, function row and dedicated arrows for spreadsheets, shortcuts and everyday navigation. The aluminium case frames the keys with a narrow border rather than a broad surround.
Built around the typing feel
Inside the case, a gasket-mounted assembly combines a polycarbonate plate with foam, PET and silicone damping materials. The hot-swap sockets accept compatible 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical switches. Pre-lubricated switches and stabilisers are part of the pictured build, before any changes of your own.
Set up your own shortcuts
QMK/VIA support gives the AL98 room to adapt to your routine. Change key assignments, build macros and adjust the RGB lighting. Cherry-profile, double-shot PBT keycaps provide a sculpted typing surface, while south-facing LEDs light the spaces between the keys.
Wireless, with a place for the receiver
Bluetooth, 2.4 GHz wireless and USB-C give you three ways to connect. An 8000 mAh battery powers the wireless modes. Turn the board over and there is a dedicated receiver recess alongside the patterned back weight, so the small dongle has somewhere to stay.
