The WOBKEY Rainy75 Mechanical Keyboard is here to deliver just the right balance of “easy on your wallet” and “heavy on performance.” The Rainy75 is so named because it features a “raindrop-style” typing sound profile, courtesy of the layers of PORON foam onboard, plus an FR4 plate and gasket mounting. The hot-swappable PCB comes loaded with your choice of Custom HMX Violet or Cocoa Linear switches, but you can also slot in different ones down the road to customize the feel. The Rainy75 also comes with a built-in rechargeable battery and thanks to QMK/VIA-compatible customization you can tailor the software performance as well. We’re offering a few choices here, depending on your budget and needs. These include a couple of “Lite” models that don’t offer RGB and come with a 3,500 milliamp-hour battery, the “Standard” option for RGB compatibility and the same battery, and the “Pro” level which delivers that RGB and upgrades the battery to a 7,000-milliamp hour behemoth. And the best part? The Rainy75 won’t break your rainy-day bank.
