VELOTA / Carbon fibre plate edition

FUZZY 63 V2

Sculpted aluminium. Clear keycaps.
A magnetic gaming keyboard with a different kind of finish.

Silver and black.
A closer look.

The VELOTA FUZZY 63 V2 pairs a detailed aluminium case with the fast input of a Hall Effect gaming keyboard. This carbon fibre plate configuration brings gasket mounting, five internal dampening layers and 8K polling to a compact board. Explore both finishes here, with local advice from KEYDOM Australia.

Material & finish

Texture, not just colour.

A feather-like pattern runs through the anodised aluminium. Fine sandblasting and CNC-machined edges give the case definition, while transparent PC keycaps keep the silver finish in view.

The underside

A wave in the metal.

The blue wave relief is framed by polished metal detailing. VELOTA describes more than 30 hours of work on this relief, a detail that carries the design beyond the keys.

Construction

Carbon fibre inside.
Easy access outside.

The carbon fibre plate sits in a gasket-mounted assembly with five layers of internal dampening. A press-to-release case design makes access more convenient when it is time to inspect or maintain the board.

Five internal layers

PORON, IXPE, PET and EPDM layers address the spaces around the switches, PCB and case.

Press to release

A quick-access case structure keeps the outside clean without making the inside an afterthought.

Tri-Core Frame-Sync

Three processors.
One timing system.

A 600 MHz main MCU works with two 240 MHz MCUs. Hall sensor sampling, data processing and USB reporting run as coordinated stages, designed to reduce timing offsets and input jitter.

MagNeural Hall sensing and separate analogue and digital power supplies form part of VELOTA's RAPTOR platform.

Sense

Hall sensors read the changing magnetic field as a key moves.

Process

Coordinated controllers handle the sampled key data.

Report

8K USB polling reports to the host at up to 8,000 times a second.

Switch feel

Light under the fingers.
Clear through the keys.

Silver Regent magnetic switches combine a PA12 stem, N52 magnet and dual light guides. The plastic bottom-out and 3.2 mm travel define the physical feel; Hall sensing handles the input.

Rapid Trigger lets activation and reset follow key movement. VELOTA lists 0.001 mm RT precision and a zero-dead-zone design, with keyboard configuration and independent lighting adjustment available through ATK HUB.

Performance figures are manufacturer specifications, not independent test results. RT precision is not a guarantee of the same physical accuracy in every setup; firmware, settings and host hardware affect results.

Specifications translated from VELOTA's FUZZY 63 V2 page. Silver and black finishes are shown here; the carbon fibre plate configuration is specific to this KEYDOM listing.

Before you choose

Is this the carbon fibre plate version?

Yes. This KEYDOM listing is for the carbon fibre plate configuration, not the aluminium-plate option shown elsewhere in the manufacturer's range. The official photography on this page shows both silver and black finishes. Use the purchase selector for the available colour options.

What does Rapid Trigger do?

Rapid Trigger responds to changes in key travel for activation and reset, rather than relying only on fixed reset points. This can make repeated presses and releases easier to tune for movement in FPS games. Your preferred settings depend on your touch and the game.

Does 8K polling mean 0.125 ms total latency?

No. 8,000 Hz means the keyboard can report to the computer every 0.125 ms. That is the USB reporting interval, not the total time from a key movement to an action appearing on your screen.

Where do I change the keyboard settings?

VELOTA's configuration tools are integrated into ATK HUB. Use the supported firmware and software for FUZZY 63 V2 when adjusting the available keyboard and lighting settings.

Can I order the FUZZY 63 V2 in Australia?

KEYDOM is a Sydney-based keyboard retailer. Check the purchase section for the current price, selected configuration, availability and any pre-order ETA. Contact the team before ordering if you need help choosing a configuration.
